JUVENILE TRAINING
U7s, 9s, 11s, and 13's train every Monday for hurling, Wednesday football 7-8pm in Grangemockler. New members always welcome.
U7 FOOTBALL
Our under 7 team played some great football on a very warm day in Rockwell on Saturday. They played 3 games and were competitive in all 3 against Clonmel Commercials, Fethard and Cappawhite. We had loads of fun and everyone played their part in a very enjoyable Blitz. Well done to all involved!
U17 HURLING
Our U17 Hurlers came out on top in a great battle with Skeheenarinky last Monday evening in Clerihan. We ran out one point winners on a scoreline of 1-19 to 3-12. These lads have played some great games this year and come out in top in some great games. We sit on top of our group with Skeheenarinky but we are awaiting confirmation of our standing in the competition as we are behind on score difference but if it goes to head to head we would qualify. Please keep an eye on our fixtures for updates.

HIGH SCHOOL - FOOTBALL ALL STAR
A great achievement by our very own Callum McFadden after being named as one of the dual stars in Clonmel High School for 2023. Callum was named on the hurling all Star team last week and this week was named at wing back on the football all Star team. Well done Callum 📷 a special mention to Fergal Bradshaw, son of Aidan Bradshaw, who has been club member and physio for our squads over the last number of years.
JUNIOR HURLING
Our Junior hurlers we defeated in the county league semi final last Friday evening. We had a 2 point defeat to St pats after a titanic battle in Grangemockler. St. Pat's will face Galtee Rovers in the final of this competition. Hopefully we can step up going into championship with several players to come back from injury.

SKYDIVE
On Sunday 28th of May, our brave volunteers took to the skies to raise some vital funds to help with the completion of our hurling wall. This was a fantastic occasion and initiative which was organised by current hurling and football manager and former juvenile chairman, Shane Comerford. The crew set off at 6.30am on Sunday morning and all were in bed early the night before!!! There was a great buzz of excitement, nervousness and togetherness amongst the group heading to the Sky dive club in Offaly. After a shaky start and seeing an instructors first parachute giving trouble and the back up parachute being called into action, this didn't unnerve the group. The group had a brilliant time observing and jumping and many faced their fears and conquered them. Everyone headed back on to Lanigan's in Kilkenny for food which was kindly sponsored by PJ Lanigan before setting back to Pa Tobin in Lisadobber to celebrate this great occasion with some refreshments. A huge thanks to all our participants and a special thanks to our bus driver on the day, Dean Madden. As Dean said himself "not all heroes wear capes.... but some do drive buses!!!" Thanks again to everyone for taking part. All donations still welcome and we also have 6 more people to jump in a few weeks time. A huge thanks to all the generous donations to date.
